1. Scope
This policy applies to public websites, landing pages, forms, and scheduling pages operated by SwiftSocial LLC, including swiftsocial.org, generatorleads.io, go.generatorleads.io, and related pages that link to this policy. A separate signed services agreement can govern information processed for an active client engagement.
2. Information We Collect
When you visit or interact with these pages, we can collect:
- Contact information you submit, including name, business email, telephone number, and business website.
- Application information, including decision-maker status, approximate monthly revenue range, readiness, service area, and other answers you choose to provide.
- Appointment information, including the selected date and time, time zone, appointment status, and related communications.
- Device and activity data, including IP address, browser, device type, referral page, page views, clicks, video interactions, and approximate location derived from IP address.
- Advertising and attribution data, including UTM parameters and platform click identifiers such as fbclid, gclid, wbraid, gbraid, msclkid, dclid, and similar campaign identifiers.
- Records of communications with us, including email, SMS, telephone, and form messages.
3. Notice at Collection and Why We Use Information
We collect the categories above to respond to your request, evaluate whether our services fit your business, schedule and prepare for a consultation, send confirmations and requested follow-up, operate and secure the website, prevent fraud or misuse, measure advertising performance, improve our pages and services, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. We do not use a revenue-range answer to make a credit decision.
4. Service Providers and Advertising Partners
We disclose information to vendors that help us operate the funnel and communicate with you. Depending on the page and features enabled, these can include HighLevel for website hosting, forms, CRM, scheduling, email, and SMS; Wistia and YouTube for video; Meta, Google, OpenAI advertising, and HYROS for advertising measurement and attribution; and infrastructure, security, professional, and payment providers used for legitimate business operations.
These providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role or information collected through their own technologies. Their handling of information can also be governed by their own policies.
5. Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
Our pages can use first-party browser storage, cookies, pixels, scripts, and related technologies to keep the funnel working, remember attribution, measure page and video activity, prevent duplicate events, and understand advertising performance. Advertising technologies can recognize a browser or device across visits. You can limit cookies through your browser and use platform ad-preference controls. Where applicable law requires us to honor a recognized browser opt-out signal, we will do so.
6. Sale, Sharing, and SMS Consent
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures can be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state laws even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, you can request the applicable opt-out by contacting us below.
We do not sell SMS consent or share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. If you submit a form after the displayed communications notice, SwiftSocial can contact you about your application, appointment, and requested services by phone, email, or text, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can also revoke consent through any reasonable method.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up on your request, operational records, suppression lists, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention varies by record type. We can retain a minimal suppression record after an opt-out so we can honor it.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message, opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and ask us to stop nonessential calls. Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to SwiftSocial, you can also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about our disclosures, and to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising without discriminatory treatment.
Send privacy requests to [email protected]. We can take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents can submit a request where permitted by law. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
9. Security and International Processing
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. SwiftSocial and its providers can process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
10. Children
These business-to-business pages are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this funnel.
11. Changes
We can update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
