Website Terms of Use

Terms for Using This Funnel

Effective and last updated September 3, 2026

1. Acceptance and Scope

These Website Terms of Use govern your access to public pages operated by SwiftSocial LLC, including swiftsocial.org, generatorleads.io, go.generatorleads.io, and related pages that link to these terms. By using a covered page, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the page.

2. Intended Users

The funnel is intended for business owners, authorized decision-makers, and professionals in the home standby generator installation industry who are at least 18 years old. Information you submit must be accurate and you must have authority to provide it.

3. Applications and Booking Requests

Submitting an application or selecting a call time is a request for a consultation. It is not an acceptance of you as a client, a promise that a market is available, or a binding commitment to buy or provide services. We can decline, cancel, or reschedule a consultation when necessary.

4. Communications

If you submit a form after the displayed communications notice, you authorize SwiftSocial to contact you about your application, appointment, and requested services by phone, email, or text, including through automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. You can revoke consent through any reasonable method.

5. Offer, Pricing, and Guarantee Terms

Website and video content describes SwiftSocial's current marketing offer in general terms. Exact scope, price, eligibility, performance responsibilities, refund or guarantee conditions, exclusions, timing, and cancellation rights are established only in a separate written services agreement signed by both parties. If website content conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. No marketing services agreement exists until that agreement is signed.

6. Results, Testimonials, and No Promise of Future Performance

Case studies and testimonials describe individual client experiences in specific markets and periods. They are not typical-results claims, promises, or predictions. Results vary with market demand, competition, budget, capacity, reputation, speed to lead, follow-up, sales execution, platform changes, and other factors. Review the linked Results Disclosure for definitions and source limitations.

7. Permitted Use

You can use these pages to learn about SwiftSocial, review public materials, submit an application, and request a consultation. You may not interfere with the pages, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, scrape or harvest personal data, copy protected materials for competing commercial use, or use the content to misrepresent a relationship with SwiftSocial.

8. Intellectual Property

Page text, graphics, logos, videos, designs, software, case-study materials, and other content are owned by SwiftSocial or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to view and use the pages for their intended purpose.

9. Third-Party Services

The funnel can use or link to services operated by third parties, including HighLevel, Wistia, YouTube, calendar providers, analytics tools, and advertising platforms. SwiftSocial does not control those services and is not responsible for their separate availability, content, or policies.

10. Informational Use

Website content is for general business and marketing information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other professional advice.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the pages are provided "as is" and "as available." SwiftSocial disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwiftSocial and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of a public page. These limitations do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Terms in a signed services agreement control claims arising from paid services.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Washington law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory law that applies, disputes concerning only these public pages will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

14. Changes and Contact

We can update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
